How do I return my Nike order?
You can return your Nike order for multiple reasons within 30 days. Simply follow the steps below to send your order back.
FOR APP/WEB (MEMBERS)
- Click on “Profile”. Go to the “Orders” Page.
- Click on “Orders” tab.
- Select the order for which you want to place a return.
- Click on “Request Return or Exchange”.
- Choose the product(s) you want to return/exchange.
- Select the reason for return, Add Pickup address, Click on “Continue”.
- Return request(s) will be created, you can view/cancel the request as needed.
- You can track the status of return once a request is created.
FOR WEB (GUEST USERS)
- Go to “Help” tab.
- Click on “Order Status”.
- Click on “Orders” tab.
- Enter your phone number used for placing your order. Click “Submit”.
- Enter OTP received on your phone.
- Select the order for which you want to place a return.
- Click on “Request Return or Exchange”.
- Choose the product(s) you want to return.
- Select the reason for return, Add Pickup address, Click on “Continue”.
- Return request(s) will be created, you can view/cancel the request as needed.
- You can track the status of return once a request is created.
What is Nike's returns policy?
We design our shoes and gear to help you perform at peak level, so if they're not working exactly right for you or in case of any flaw, we've got you covered. Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of receiving the full order. Any returns requests after the mentioned period will not be processed. The goods will be returned back and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
For hygiene purposes, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Underwear (excluding Sports Bras), Swimwear, Socks and other similar items. Non-returnable products that come in sealed packaging cannot be returned. Items excluded:
- Underwear (excluding Sports Bras)
- Swimwear
- Socks and other similar items
All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any belts and designer packaging that may have been included. If in any case where the products have not been returned in their original state, used, etc. then the customer will have to pay for the shipping charges for the return. The customer will not be allowed to choose their means of shipping the products, it will be returned through the shipping company/companies we work with only.
Please note that Nike.ae/Nike.sa reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchange on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.
How do I return a Nike store purchase?
Nike store purchases must be returned to the store where the purchase was made. If you cannot visit in person, contact the store to discuss your options.
What if I have multiple products to return?
You can raise a return request only once per order. This return request can be raised only once all items are delivered. Any additional items returned that were not included in the approved list of returned items will be sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
Can I return/exchange an item multiple times?
Exchange/Return of items is only permissible once.
